Fast, real response
Quick quotes, usually the same day, and same-day emergency service when your water goes out. We know being without water isn't something that can wait.
We're a water well drilling and service company based on FM 474 in Boerne, just north of San Antonio, and we've spent more than forty years drilling and servicing wells across the Texas Hill Country.
TR Drilling & Service started with a simple idea: treat every well like it's going on our own land. Four decades later, that hasn't changed. We've drilled new wells, rescued failing ones, and kept water flowing for families, ranches, and small businesses all over the Hill Country.
Because we're local, you deal with people who actually know your area, not a call center. When you phone us, you reach someone who can talk through your water situation, give you a straight answer, and usually get you a quote the same day. Customers tell us it's the personal service that sets us apart, and we work hard to keep it that way.
We're licensed, insured, and accountable for every job we take on. If we drill it or service it, we stand behind it.
In the Hill Country since 1985, and backed by a full crew of licensed drillers and pump installers who treat your water like it's going on their own land.

The faces behind your water. Our crew brings decades of combined Hill Country drilling experience, and we treat every well like it is going on our own land.

We explain what the work needs and what it costs before we start. No vague estimates, no surprises when the invoice shows up.
We understand the homes, land, and aquifers out here because we've worked them for forty years. That experience saves you money and dry holes.
Water well work is regulated in Texas for good reason, it protects your water and your investment. Our crew holds current Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation credentials as both water well drillers and pump installers, and we carry full insurance on every job.
That means the well on your property is constructed and reported to state standards, with casing, grouting, and decommissioning done the way the rules require.
Proud members of the National Ground Water Association (NGWA). Membership keeps our crews current on water well science, construction standards, and groundwater protection, and you can find us through the NGWA well owner resource at wellowner.org.
