We confirm depth and casing on each well from state records and a site visit, so the plugging plan and the price are set before the crew rolls.
When a subdivision or a sale connects a property to a public water system, every abandoned well on it has to be plugged to state standards and reported. We do that work with the same licensed crews and rigs we drill with.
Texas requires an abandoned or deteriorated water well to be plugged to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation's standards, and a State of Texas Plugging Report to be filed when it is done. Municipalities, lenders, and title companies ask for that report before they sign off. Builders usually meet this on land that had ranch or homestead wells, and on lots that are being connected to a municipal system.
We plug the well, file the report, and give you the paperwork for your file. If a well on the tract can be kept as an irrigation or livestock well instead, we will tell you that too.

Pump and piping pulled, the bore filled and sealed the way the state rules require for that construction, and the surface finished the way you need it for grading.
The State of Texas Plugging Report is filed and you receive a copy with photos for the lender, the title company, or the city.
A plat or a pin drop for each well, and what you know about their depth or age, is enough for a quote. If you do not know what is on the tract, we can pull the state well records for the property and tell you.
Tell us how many wells and where. We will price the whole tract and schedule around your other trades.
